The Foundations of Reiki with a Somatic Approach

This training goes into Reiki Energy Healing, but dives deeper than traditional Reiki. You'll gain Energy techniques, intuitive skills, somatics, and guidance on inner work that spans beyond Reiki as people tend to know it.

Self-treatment and partner practice; experience Reiki as a giver and receiver

How to to move intuitively where the energy is needed
How to ground and center yourself before and after sessions so you stay balanced while working

Receive your initiation and connect to Reiki's source energy
The initiation is a very beautiful, private process where each participant gets individual time with Mallory to receive the healing energy and becomes attuned as a facilitator to transmute it to others

Mallory is an Intuitive Therapist, Reiki Master, Somatic Therapist, Ahai 7D Energy Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Practitioner of Natural Medicine. She's served hundreds of clients as a Practitioner over 8 years.

Mallory's path began healing her chronic illnesses, gut issues, hormones, burnout, a sensitive nervous system, anxiety, and depression. She was able to reverse things doctors didn't think possible, and now holds that faith in guiding clients.

Mallory received her undergraduate from Union College (NY) and proceeded to get certifications as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Solutions Lab Analysis Practitioner (GI MAP stool test, DUTCH Hormone Test, Functional Bloodwork), Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Practitioner, Reiki Certifications and Reiki Trainings (including the highest honor and level of Reiki Master which grants the ability to Teach), and Ahai 7d Energy Healer. Her experience deepened as she trained with Dr. Paul Canali in Unified Therapy (somatic therapy and trauma) and receive ongoing training with plant medicine, ancestral healing, channeling, and shamanic tools.

Her marriage with her husband Cory has a strong impact on her practice. She sees the greatest growth in partnership, and that carries over to work with clients.

This range of wisdom, therapies, and experience helps both the practitioner and client embody the meaning of "holistic." Here, we are not separating mind, body, and spirit, or gut, hormones, and emotions... it's all one and unified.
