01) Somatic Therapy
& Reiki Energy Healing
During our somatic therapy and energy healing session, you'll lie on my massage table while I guide you into your body to release emotions, pain, stress, trauma, anxiety, health issues, or blocks.
You'll feel my hands working with your body to let go of fears, tension, emotions, habits, heartache, or limiting beliefs, along with medical intuitive work such as anything your abdomen, mind, or reproductive area is carrying contributing to headaches, fatigue, bloating, IBS, PMS, menstrual pain, skin conditions, inflammation, or pain.
Whereas traditional therapy can keep us stuck in the mind or fixated on the same thought loop or trauma — Somatic Therapy helps our bodies release through feeling and provides insight we wouldn't find anywhere else.
Conventional or functional medical systems often prescribe a pill but don't go into emotions or energy trapped in the body, so the symptom or condition keeps coming back. Somatic Therapy, by contrast, teaches the body new pathways so the issue can reverse, heal, or change at the root.
When we release in this way, the energy clears, and we get hit the reset button on our nervous systems, minds, and physical bodies, which can over time include the reversal of disease.
Clients enter an expanded state of consciousness. This feels like a heart-opening experience where you can access truth, release memories from a different perspective, and connect with past loved ones or God. It can feel like a natural high or psychedelic — you're making the medicine within!

02) breathwork journey
Breathwork is an amazing, transformative experience that's different from breathing techniques. It is an ancient practice involving intentional, accelerated breathing,alongside evocative music and the Practitioner holding the space.
Mallory guides with a strong ancestral connection and integration of shamanic tools. Mallory also incoporates Energy Healing and Reiki during the Journey to help move energy, clear blocks related to suppressed emotions, old wounds, or disease, and to deepen the experience.
The goal is to unlock emotions, release trauma, clear physical and energetic blockages, and foster a greater sense of self-awareness and spiritual connection. You access deeper layers of the psyche, physical body, and spirit.
You lie down in Mallory's office on a Thai massage mat with a cozy blanket and eye masket. First we discuss what you'd like to work on. Then, we move into about 45 minutes of breathwork. After, we spend the remainder of the session integrating – talking through what came up for you, what came up on Mallory's end, and recommendations or homework personalized to you to cement the shifts.

03) coaching or medicine Consult
We go into whatever's coming up in your life — work, marriage, dating, family, finding your path, integrating an emotional experience or ceremony as a few examples. We can also use this time for naturopathic and homeopathic consulting, and microdosing consulting.
Mallory works with energy in these sessions to intuit blindspots, offer guidance, and prescribe remedies or medicines calling the client. She may ask questions or recommend things that the client may not have thought of to access deeper levels of truth, clarity, letting go, healing, and expansion.
For those interested in holistic health, Mallory is able to order functional labs: Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Blood Chemistry, Hormone Panels like Dutch or eFHP, and GI MAP stool test.

Mallory Maran has been in the healing space for 10 years and has served hundreds of clients as a Practitioner. Many clients feel they've tried it all before seeing Mallory, and experience a breakthrough with her unique approach.
Her gifts lie in her abilities to work with energy, create a space where the client feels fully seen and supported, peel back the unconscious, and intuit blindspots and medical intuitive information. She has expertise in working with Natural Medicines, Homeopathy, and connecting with plant medicines and psychedelics.
Mallory received her undergraduate from Union College (NY) and proceeded to get certifications as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Solutions Lab Analysis Practitioner (GI MAP stool test, DUTCH Hormone Test, Functional Bloodwork), Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Practitioner, Reiki Energy Healer, and Ahai 7d Energy Healer.
Her experience deepened as she was fortunate to train with Dr. Paul Canali in Unified Therapy (somatic therapy and trauma), as well as work over the years with plant medicine, ancestral healing, channeling, and shamanic tools.
This range of knowledge and therapies helps both the practitioner and client embody the meaning of "holistic." Here, we are not separating mind, body, and spirit, or gut, liver, and emotions... it's all one and unified.
Mallory got into this work after healing herself from multiple chronic illnesses, and working through her mind, sensitive nervous system, anxiety, and depression. She was able to reverse things doctors didn't think possible, and now holds that faith in guiding her clients as well.
